JB Gill made a surprising admission as he opened up on her hardest part about competing in Strictly Come Dancing.
The JLS singer, 38, took part in the 2024 series of the BBC programme, making it to the final before heading on tour with other members of the cast.
Despite his profound success on the show, JB confessed he didn't know how he made it through each week, having to learn a new and tricky dance every time.
Speaking to Express.co.uk at the TV Choice Awards, JB said: "I think the hardest and most interesting part was learning the different disciplines every week.
"I look back on it and I don't know how we got through each week. We'd learn a new discipline in three days basically and then go straight to a studio and perform it live on national television."

Comparing the contestant's lack of experience to that of the professionals, JB continued: "The pros have been there and doing it for years, training and developing in each of the disciplines and we come in and try and recreate it in three days.
"So it is full on but it's one of those things, you do your best and just hope you get through every week."
JB was a core part of the highly anticipated 20th anniversary series, which came after the show had been involved in a series of controversies, including allegations of bullying, harassment, and toxic culture.
However, they managed to move past the scandal and focus on the glittering milestone series.
Discussing whether he thinks a shake-up is needed for the 2025 series, JB added: "I don't think they need to break anything that doesn't need fixing.
"My kids love the show and there's so many kids that I've met who have come over to me and said how amazing it is. For me, to keep that magic and that dream alive is what it's all about."
JB was originally partnered with Amy Dowden, 34, during last year's series, however, the Caerphilly-born dancer was forced to withdraw after sustaining an injury.
Lauren Oakley, 33, stepped in for Amy and made it to the final of the competition with JB.
Of his unique Strictly experience, JB declared: "It was an amazing journey. I absolutely loved every second of it. It was an unusual journey dancing with both Amy and Lauren, but it was nice to go back on the tour and dance with them both again before it came to an end."
